Year 10 Electronics (10ELE)

Overview

This is a practical course where you will need to use the skills and knowledge that you learn. You will need to be self motivated and capable of independent work. You will be using the computers to program a microprocessor which controls your robots.

No prior knowledge is needed. Assessment will be project based.

What will I learn?

• • You will learn the skills and knowledge needed to understand and build electrical circuits including those needed to create and control your own robot.

  • You will be working with a variety of components, tools and materials.

Where does this course lead?

While this option is not compulsory for those who go on to Level 1 Computing it is highly recommended.
