Level 2 Agriculture (L2AGR)

The course will be a mixture of theory, hands on practical work and lots of classroom discussion. There will be field trips to emphasise learning.

What will I learn?

The Level 2 Agriculture course will explore aspects of soil science, environmental modifications caused by farming, livestock reproduction and plant propagation and how livestock behaviour affects productivity. It will also allow students to learn more of the practical skills associated with agriculture.

What should I have done already?

Level 1 Agriculture would be a benefit but is not essential

Have an interest in agriculture or horticulture and a desire to have a future in the farming industry or further education.
