Overview
This module is introductory to Māori Performing Arts and will explore both language, movement, and culture.
What will I learn?
Understand and participate in karakia
Practical tasks to develop core movement skills and cultural expressions
Engage with te reo Māori and respond to a variety of commands
Pūrakau related to our school and wider area
Mahitahi - working collaboratively with others
